Do either of these ties go with the fit?
Or should I just wear a more basic shirt like a white and blue vertical stripe?
IMO: either could work but the black is pretty busy. Wish I had some knit ties! Also: I'd change the knot on the blue tie to be smaller

not feeling either tbh
to me the prints on the ties clash with the floral in color, in scale and in general vibe
given how structured and traditional the jacket is i'd switch to a simpler shirt
***if you like and want to wear the floral shirt it might be worth changing some of the other components - less serious shoes, lighter pants, etc
