Hijacking this thread, I have similar issue, but game refuses to launch at all. I believe it's indeed an anti-cheat problem because I am able to launch the game (GenshinImpact.exe) directly without internet connection.
I noted that it wants to run stock Proton, but I do not know how to force Heroic to launch the game with stock Proton as it's using GE-Proton with no other option available.
Issue seems to have started with the latest update of Heroic
This is my log, tried the steps mentioned above, didn't work as game refused to launch. Only works without internet connection, so I paused it, launch the game, and resume it.

Nvm I misunderstood your instruction, turns out installing that specific Proton version via Steam will reflect in Heroic as well. Gonna try it out
