Hacked clients, PVP clients, optimization clients, etc. are problematic for multiple reasons, particularly when it comes to mod compatibility. You may run into issues like rendering glitches or crashes due to their built-in modifications to Minecraft. They are unsupported by Distant Horizons and are not recommended. Instead, we recommend using a launcher that does not modify Minecraft itself, such as Prism Launcher, Modrinth App, or even the vanilla launcher from Mojang. You can read more about good and bad launchers at Sodium's Github.

A Minecraft mod designed to improve frame rates and reduce micro-stutter - CaffeineMC/sodium
Try using the nightly build, it should have a fix for this. However, even if it works, I still recommend using a launcher like prism or modrinth app instead of a client like lunar client, since they are prone to cause issues with complex mods like distant horizons
Just to add to what majo24 said, the error you get is caused by Lunar removing Indium from Sodium, even if you install your own Sodium, Lunar will always only load their modified version of Sodium with Indium removed
If you don’t want to use nightly that force boots DH in a hope it will work (if anything breaks before reporting anything check if it works on other launchers), ask Lunar support for a separate Indium mod

sorry, reflex when someone mentions lunar
