Hello, good afternoon everyone. Could someone please help me?
I received a ban/account suspension for accessing my account on a computer with restrictions. I hadn't played since May 14; I only logged in occasionally to check the store updates. I accessed my account on a computer to view the store this week and received a ban for third-party programs, which I have never used!
I've had this account since the game's beta, never used cheats or received any penalties, and now I find myself in this situation due to an error. I've opened several tickets to try to recover or discuss the issue, but when it's not a bot responding, I receive canned responses, and my communication on the matter has been blocked. I'm desperate and considering legal action. Can anyone help me with this?

They can't ban me without evidence, especially when I'm not even playing the game; that doesn't make any sense, does it?
