Account lockout for nothing.
I'm writing here because I genuinely don't know where else to turn.
My VALORANT account (Riot ID: My nickname is in another language, so I'll attach the ID or number from the vtl . lol s1te of the account itself: 8ac946ab-df5d-5b6d-a78b-f8371904613c) was banned on May 15 with the reason stated as "use of unauthorized third-party software." However, I have never used any cheats or software that violates the game's rules. I’ve only played from my personal PC — no logins from other devices.
The only third-party software installed on my computer is wlmouse, a utility from my mouse manufacturer used solely for configuring the device (DPI, sensitivity, etc.). To my knowledge, it doesn’t interact with the game in any way or provide any competitive advantage.
I’ve spent over ~620 USD on this account, so this situation is especially frustrating and upsetting.
I messaged GamerDoc directly on Discord, but my messages were completely ignored. I’ve also created multiple support tickets, but they were all automatically closed without any response, making it feel pointless to keep submitting new ones. Here are the ticket IDs:

I honestly don’t understand what’s going on or how to get any kind of response or proper investigation. From what I’ve seen, I’m not the only one who has been banned without explanation or clear reason.
I'm kindly asking for my case to be reviewed. I'm fully willing to provide any additional information or go through any necessary verification process. I just want a fair and honest look at the situation.
