Account lockout for nothing.
I'm writing here because I genuinely don't know where else to turn.
My VALORANT account (Riot ID: My nickname is in another language, so I'll attach the ID or number from the vtl . lol s1te of the account itself: 8ac946ab-df5d-5b6d-a78b-f8371904613c) was banned on May 15 with the reason stated as "use of unauthorized third-party software." However, I have never used any cheats or software that violates the game's rules. I’ve only played from my personal PC — no logins from other devices.
The only third-party software installed on my computer is wlmouse, a utility from my mouse manufacturer used solely for configuring the device (DPI, sensitivity, etc.). To my knowledge, it doesn’t interact with the game in any way or provide any competitive advantage.
I’ve spent over ~620 USD on this account, so this situation is especially frustrating and upsetting.
I messaged GamerDoc directly on Discord, but my messages were completely ignored. I’ve also created multiple support tickets, but they were all automatically closed without any response, making it feel pointless to keep submitting new ones. Here are the ticket IDs:

I honestly don’t understand what’s going on or how to get any kind of response or proper investigation. From what I’ve seen, I’m not the only one who has been banned without explanation or clear reason.
I'm kindly asking for my case to be reviewed. I'm fully willing to provide any additional information or go through any necessary verification process. I just want a fair and honest look at the situation.

Good evening my friend, I'm suffering from the same problem. Initially, I found out that it could have been me accessing the account on a restricted computer, but how the hell would I know that the computer was restricted if it wasn't mine and there was no notification in the client? I think this is unfair. My ban was this week; I've had the account since the beta and have spent a lot of money too. Moreover, I've never received any punishment for chat and certainly not for leaving games, as I take the game seriously. I would really appreciate some help.
I’m sorry to hear that. However, submitting multiple tickets will push yours to the bottom of the queue. If they’re closing every ticket without a response, it means the punishment isn’t being removed.

We're all in the same situation. How is it possible that so many people are being banned for using third-party programs if no one has used anything? And they don't admit there's a bug or make themselves available for a full conversation about the situation and information exchange. This has been driving me crazy. A company of this size operating this way, and support just ignoring us... We clearly need to unite against them. Together, we'll surely be stronger. I'm in the same situation too—banned for using third-party programs, and I've never used anything in my life. I've had my account since beta and have invested a lot of money in it. For some unidentified and unacknowledged problem to take my account away like this... I'm considering legal action more and more with each passing day and situation I encounter.

To defend riot on a large scale, they ARE a huge company so they don't necessarily have time to do a deep dig into every single computer that is flagged (most likely a literally unfathomable amount of people contacting them because they have done "nothing". Not saying that any of y'all did to clarify.) if you make a anti cheat and it is that deep into your system I would believe they would trust it most of the time.

They did check into the matter for most of these and for the most part they see it was rightly given. Once they figure this out, there is nothing they can do. I do see how it can be upsetting if you haven't but riot can't call it an issue if every person who does this comes back with a "rightly given ban" sentence from their agents.
I understand what you're saying, but as you mentioned, a company the size of Riot cannot afford to overlook issues. If you look at Reddit or even Riot's own forum, in the past 15 days, many players have reported being unfairly penalized and all accused for the same reason. This has happened before with Vanguard, and they didn't admit it; only leaked information revealed the truth. What makes us think it's not happening again now?
So yes, they should make the effort to thoroughly investigate these matters and not rely on averages to handle them.

"Am just getting robbed over here and they wont do anything to help me" that's how I feel right now. '
Let me start with I completely understand that feeling, however if we are talking about this guys ban (not yours, in yours they clearly state they have taken a look). I would like to quote something from your tickets in another post, I can ping this for you, "review shows the penalty was rightly given, and it's our policy to close the ticket." Necessarily saying, if they close the ticket without response, they have looked into the matter and found it was rightly given.
You're absolutely right, my friend. When it's not a bot, it's a copied automated response. They don't change it from one player to another who contact them. This is wrong. Who do they think they are? If we have responsibilities with our accounts, we also have rights, and we want to be heard and taken seriously. Because I guarantee with all my words, I did nothing wrong on my account.

The tickets actually can vary when it's with a human 😭 I've seen it mate srry to disappoint.
But that's the point—they haven't reviewed it; it's a generic response with no reasoning. It's like saying, 'I've already responded, now shut up and lose your account.' That doesn't exist. You also have the right to know the reasons and evidence that led to such an extreme action, especially since they claim that permanent bans are a last resort, yet in reality, they issue them all the time. They're being abusive, and that's wrong.

I'm trying every day in the communities to bring together people who are facing this problem and have indeed done nothing (as we are analyzing) to unite everyone and demonstrate to Riot in some way, even if judicially, that they make mistakes. When they make such mistakes, they punish good people, and their support team is not qualified to provide the proper treatment to these individuals. This is wrong.
I studied IT support and the way riot support does stuff is wrong in so many ways but I cant blame them for all of this, this is probably just the why Riot has told them to give support. Riot need to change how they do there support because so many people are not getting the help they need.

You are absolutely right, and we now need to gather more voices and space to reach Riot and Valorant, to show them that they are also fallible and need to be more human, especially since they sometimes handle sensitive support cases.
Alot of these people are exposed by devs for using cheats. 9/10 people that said they havent used anything, were using something.

I agree, and that's why appeals through tickets or by the community should be taken seriously. Because if we go by your logic, there’s always one person being wronged. In my case, I’m the one being wronged. I’ve never done anything wrong in this game, let alone queue dodging (which is something you often see happening out there).

True I have read on reddit and other sites that vanguard flags computers for the dumbest shit, like if your a programmer an have app to program vanguard will flag it and could ban you, or if you have a some sort of third party app on your computer vanguard will flag it. You dont even need to use it at the same time as valorant and you can get banned for it, every program has it flaws and people fall thru them like in my case.

It shouldn't, but to the point that the player has some malware or malicious apps on their pc, which could be pirated games, pirated/cracked apps or even hacks for other games, Vanguard won't waste time listing all the apps that are or are not harmful to the game, they will just expel the player to keep the environment as safe as possible

It's not possible to get into the performance merit, that's because it's easy to manipulate the KDA and use the hack to win important matches or just clutches, I think you can understand that

I have no doubt that there are players who were banned due to a Vanguard error, but there is not much that can be done in these cases if support declared it was fair

They made the program to detect these, they don't have a choice, if the program says someone is cheating it will have proof (if it does not and it just simply says they cheated they wouldn't ban the person.) they can't just come out on a whim, and trust a person's word over the program specifically made for one reason.
Thats exacly what happend to me, the only time I have some what cheated was on cookie clicker and that was 4 year ago. I have never cheated in a game that I have paid real money for, its just stupid to do that, and if someone was cheating I don't think they would go to this length to get there account back, a cheater will just buy a new account to cheat on.

The reasons are diverse, including toxicity, account sharing, services outside/inside the game, player exposure, among others
