New Box Turtle Setup - First one works great, second one fails as soon as print starts with error

So I've got 2 box turtle units hooked up to my VC3.1 (single extruder, multi-material), and boy has it been less than smooth sailing with RatRig's built-in T0 macro colliding with AFC and the slicer's T0/lane1 load command. Finally sorta worked around all that, added a filament cutter/purge/wiper system and got my first box turtle unit working quite well now. So now I'm moving on to stress testing the second unit, but when I start a print with it everything acts like it's working perfectly fine until the nozzle finally arrives where it would start printing. The second it arrives this error is thrown in the console. Anyone here who happens to be knowledgeable in both RatOS and AFC/BT, and might have any idea where I would look to figure out why my first box turtle works great, but the second one throws this error? I've found the macro and what I believe could be the specific line causing the error...but I'm super confused as to why it is doing this, when the first unit works perfectly fine. Both box turtles are configured identically 😦

dump debug.zip and do a diff of the files? hm, could even just do a diff of the klippy.log, the bulk of it is the combined .cfg including macros

Ok. I am honestly just confused why box turtle #1 works great but identical box turtle #2 does not...but since this is not an idex printer I'm just hardcoding it at the moment and it seems to bypass that issue. I ran into another issue but it's the same thing further down in the same macro with temperative_coefficient so hardcoding that as well. Not gonna mess with it anymore tonight as I got pulled elsewhere but I'll post back with the results Yeah very strange but just hardcoding the 2 extruder and expansion coefficient lines did the trick to solve this. Box Turtle/AFC definitely doesn't play super nice stock with RatOS lol.
