Cap or Foil
Hi. Im trying to get the highlights like in the pictures I attached but am not quite sure whether to do cap or foil. I went to a salon and they said Foil but on TikTok etc they say Cap. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

In general, id be inclined to believe in the word of someone who works at a salon than some rando on tikkedtokked

Fairs thanks. Its just that on TikTok n all when I browse through it every single person uses a Cap
none i'm aware of
r/malegrooming might have an adjacent discord but asking someone in a salon is probably your best
