Your email IS the account. If you lost your email, you can't really do anything
If you have sufficient proof, you might get some keycaps on a new account, I guess
But there's no promise
In the future, please take care of your email account more carefully

im assuming you hit the gmail limit
you can just delete old emails or photos from google
