Random out of place server LODs

Playing on a 1.21.1 Fabric Minecraft server with the latest version of the DH mod. I pregenerated the overworld with INTERNAL_SERVER, and it's been fantastic. However, a few hours ago these out of place LODs showed up. Everyone on the server is experiencing this, so I know it's not a client side problem. You'll notice a friend of mine built a home here, so maaaybe something went screwy with the LOD updating? Wouldn't make too much sense given that there's plenty of other LOD updates that were successful. There hasn't been any errors or anything like that. I am using world-gen mods (Terralith + Tectonic). Any help in identifying the problem and/or why it happened or just a solution would be much obliged :joewait:

Solution:
Assuming those are the only LODs that have this visual abnormalities, simply place or break any block within that section, wait for 5 minutes and it will go away.

I definitely don't have any of the mods listed under Known Incompatibilities.

Would be troublesome if these were to occur in like hundreds or even thousands. :cou:

lol I'm a bit spooked this might slowly become a spreading issue like that Placing blocks will trigger the server to update the LODs right?
