Chunk Light Data Desync with Flawless Frames

I've run into an issue with trying to use shaders along with Distant Horizons in a Flashback recording of a large structure. Moving the camera quickly and loading chunks into render distance of the camera first loads the chunks without lighting data causing them to be pitch black for a moment before re-building the chunk with light data. This causes an ugly artifact in the recording.

disabling DH and the artifacts still occur disabling shaders and they are not as pronounced
