What factors contribute into obtaining high tier scores that are awarded at the end of every match.
I know Survival time and Kills matter.
1- Do the travel distance, revives, health restore, supplies also add up any points?
2-Do the Grade or Battle Rating also Add any Value. And how its calculated.
If possible please provide complete Guidance regarding this rating, scoring system. Because i want to understand it so that i can act accordingly while ill rank push.

Hello! There are multiple factors that affect the points you get at the end of the match. The better you perform the more points you get.
Your match performance is calculated based on the data available on the Detailed Statistics page (your screenshot). So yes, travel distance, survival time, restored health, assists, rescues and the supplies you find count towards your performance.
Your Battle Rating is related to how you perform when using weapons. Although there isn't much public information about how it is exactly calculated, it is safe to assume that you will get a high rating if the damage, eliminations, knock outs, accuracy, headshot rate and number of shots aspects for the weapons you used show in green....

Your overall match grade is determined by taking the average of battle, survival, support and supplies ratings. You will get more points at the end of a match if your overall grade is higher.
Please also note that you will start getting less points each time you move to a higher tier.
