Got you. Logically you should be able to change your name to this if you are able to create an account with the same name.
You will usually get this error if there is a space in the username. You should make sure there is no space at the front or at the end of the username and try again.

I created a new id and symbol《》not did a problem. But while try to change this id name. it is giving error.
