I got my account banned for a year a year ago and now I can't get inside

I got my account banned a year ago on the 25th may 2024. and today my ban's passed and I can't get inside my account and when I launch the game on that account it just automatically kicks me out and closes itself, my bios is working properly, so now I'm trying to reinstall it but Idk if that'll help / update, completely reinstalled the game and the riot client and it didn't help at all so then I made a ticket under "account recovery" and now I can't sign in to the riot support to see the ticket I've made.
