My PUBG Mobile account (ID: 51219491604, name: S T O R M) was hacked and later banned.
I am the original owner. I did not use any cheats. The ban happened after the hacker took over.
Please re-investigate this case. I can provide more proof if needed.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim....
