GTA V Enhanced not launching

i get this error everytime i click launch:

targetexe doesnt matter btw it just doesnt launch

there seems to be a bug in Heroic in the latest release with the attempted automation to fix the rockstar launcher go to C:\Users\<your user>\AppData\Roaming\heroic\fixes, there should be a file called 8769e24080ea413b8ebca3f1b8c50951.json, delete it an try again then, DO NOT use the USE_FAKE_EPIC_EXE=true solution explained in the wiki expand the Old manual steps section in that wiki page and follow the manual steps to apply the workaround and the fake exe
