Banging my head on the desk, losing the bot battle
Our website is getting flooded by bot traffic, either Shopify or Klaviyo creates an automatic profile after the bot adds an item to cart or initiates checkout. This is having a negative effect on email deliverability and sender reputation. I started the free plan of Cloudflare and enabled bot protection, the profiles stopped and I was very happy, then after the weekend the bots came back. So they I upgraded to the Pro plan in hopes that would fix it but really I think I had it configured incorrectly b/c the dashboard wasn't showing any metrics. Then I tried to follow some information I found here in the Discord to set up O2O and now my dashboard shows stuff and the bots stopped, I was so happy again. But today I arrived to work and can see that the bots started again yesterday (5/26/25) at 11:27 AM and I don't know why b/c I didn't make any changes to the settings, is there any guide someone can point me to that will help me with this O2O set up or just hit me over the head with something so I don't have to deal with them anymore.
