I want to reduce HP / Attack damage of select mobs

I am looking for a basic plugin that will allow me to adjust the HP and attack damage of Mobs.

I am running paper 1.21.5 Java.

So far I have found MythicMobs, and CustomMobs.

MythicMobs is way too overkill for what I need and CustomMobs is out of date and not working with 1.21.X

any recommendations?
