Account Stolen

Please help me Can't even file claim because my last phone was stolen and they need me to file a claim from it "my account got stolen by someone because I lost my old phone (Samsung Galaxy note8) and someone stole the X (Twitter) account and logged in to the game and linked his Facebook and removed my X . I have the email login method, but now when I tried to log in to the account via email I couldn't because it says there's a suspicious activity in the account and sometimes account doesn't exist, it's my account since 2018 and have all proofs you need so please help me restore it andthank you."
