Wine Manager suddenly stops working after updating to 2.17.0, games that use Wine-GE not launching

Issue started after the latest update. I completely wiped and re-installed Heroic once, and it started to work again but the issue came back after i restarted my PC. I can't download any wine/proton instances, If i choose to uninstall my existing Wine/Proton versions It doesn't let me install them again. I can't launch, open winecfg, run exe on prefix. Though this part of the issue only persists on Wine-GE.

weird, can you get the heroic logs just after hitting that refresh button at the top?

for some reason it just fixed itself, but when and if it happens ill be sure to

am i being rate limited? Seems like it, restarting my wifi router fixed the issue, since my IP is dynamic
