Vanguard issue
Does anyone know why when I'm on my main account I get error 9005, but when I'm on my alt account it's perfectly fine without it crashing, same device and everything. I contacted the developers and tried everything they suggested, none of them worked.

Press windows key + r
Type msinfo32
Show ss
Also these restrictions are account based, sooner or later your alt might get the restriction too.
Yeah it only took me a month to figure that out
Alright
So you just need to enable TPM
Go to bios
Settings > security > trusted computing
From there enabled security device support
And change tpm device selection to PTT
