Can i get the emote YMCA in any way possible?? How to get it?

If you buy a starter pack
You get it with the pack, must be a new account too
The starter pack give you random legendary emote
And out of all the legendary emotes i got the limited one LOLL
So i thought maybe there is an other way to obtain it

But its still not far, the emote is really cool, why would they make it limited and a random bot can get it just by spending a dollar?
