how do i fix this without activating windows? ifollowed a youtube video and i cant turn safe boot on without activating windows and im too poor to afford a key ist here a way i can bypass???

Activates windows for free can be malicious SOMETIMES, illegal but windows doesn't care.
but you don't need to activate windows to fix your issue though
