Its a mythic theme and its so cool with the movement effects
to get the permanent gearbound steamliner theme i just have to get it from bloodbane vespern right? (i need 1 of the bloodbane gem)
i dont need the season collection level 7 right? level 7 is still quite far so me scared

If you purchase the Cogwheel Express Theme for one Bloodbane gem, the theme will permanently stay in your inventory. You only need collection level 7 if you want to upgrade the theme to Gearbound Steamliner Theme....
