Uc not being added
I had made a purchase and my card got declined so I had to confirm the purchase manually. Going back to the game, the Uc was never added and now pubg keeps saying that they credited the Uc and I even used 1200 of it but how could that be possible when there any if added into my account. Even in the history of where the Uc is added and spent. There was no Uc added on so I know it was never credited and their system bugged and scammed me of my 100 dollars. Now that I got a refund, pubg put a restriction on my account and asking for the Uc. But THERE was never Uc added on, I need help to get this issue resolved

Same issue, i topped up from midasbuy and uc stayed at 0 even after collecting from this
Yeah and then I went a got a refund through my bank. Pubg now wants the Uc so they restricted my account when the Uc was never added. They want to scam me because their system bugged
