Let tan(2theta)=12/7, then 2t/(1-t²)=12/5. Solve this quadratic to get tan(theta) and hence theta

Factorization seems incorrect. 6t^2+5t-6=6t^2+9t-4t-6=(3t-2)(2t+3)=0 Since the given expression must be +ve, the required value is arctan(2/3)
