Double breasted fit check

Hey folks, I’d love some help assessing the fit of this linen Spier and Mackay suit, and also my own assessment. It feels good standing, walking and sitting. There’s some tightness when trying to do a hug motion. I can’t tell if it’s in the arms or back. Jacket length seems good to my eye, maybe half an inch long but I prefer too long to too short. Sleeves are a tad long but should shorten well as the sleeves accordion The waist needs some letting out or I need to shave off half an inch from my waist I probably went a bit too wide in the hips and thigh since I maxed out the MTO measurements… though you can’t see that really with the jacket on. I’ll probably get the thigh taken in a bit. I was hoping the hem would be a bit wider, it’s also maxed. Not much I can do there i guess? Break / pant length seems OK but I worry that once it rumples a bit it will be too short. I am wearing the pants probably a bit higher than I need to though. Anyway, these are my untrained thoughts…would love to hear other more discerning ones! Thank you.

All suit feel tight in a hugging motion Other than sleeves taken up, its all good! Don't go too much though because the linen will rumble and "shorten itself" too

Right, that’s what I heard so tried to leave some room for that The sleeves are surgeon cuff which id rather keep if possible. Last time the tailor ended up sealing a button - probably my fault for not being specific enough

What's that? What did they have to do? Also linen doesn't "stretch" like other fabrics do. So it'll naturally feel a little less forgiving

Damn sealing a button! They should be taking the sleeve in up at the sleeve head Is the correct way
