GTA 5 enhanced error on game start
hi i getting this error window opop up messege on game start , can someone help ?

Switch to GE-Proton-latest
Please follow these instructions on using GE-Proton:
1. Head to the Wine Manager in Heroic, click the "GE-Proton" tab, and install "GE-Proton-Latest"
2. Head to the settings for your game(s) (icon on game card in library). In the "Wine Version" dropdown, select "Proton - GE-Proton-latest"
3. Rename your Wineprefix (path is shown in game settings), e.g. from
current-name to current-name_bak. To clarify: Rename the actual folder on your hard drive, do not change the option in the game settings.
Note: This will make game-specific configuration data (e.g. in-game settings or save files) unavailable. If this is an issue, let us know & we'll help you restore them.optimistic-gold•3d ago

No, delete that folder in your file explorer off of your storage
So take that path and open it with dolphin or Files

ok just deleted it but dont need to change the wineprefix folder path in game settings?
sorry is super confusing to me all this i super noob ..
ok now when starting game it installing the rockstar game launcher again

well many other games work perfectly dont remember whichone didnt worked except it didint worked for eveyone else too like on proton DB

PROTON_LOG=1 add this there too

Try running game
It will create a log called heroic-0.gamename.log afaik

well thats strange
with the PROTON_LOG=1 enviroment variable the error window doesnt pop up
well i think i need to give up on this madness
