Vaoc off by ~100 mm

What’s up, guys I was wondering if someone could help me, When I try to calibrate the VAOC it’s off by like 100 mm, (see picture is the t1) can’t even get the camera anywhere close to the nozzle Is the 400, I’m wondering if anyone has any ideas at all?

FWIW another User I was trying to help today had a similar issue where the VAOC was correct for T0 but T1 started off 25mm out when using DC_offset_Calibrate it assumes something like 533mm for an endstop-location for T1, which means that 0,0 on T1 stops 20mm from the edge of the build plate its very odd

Dumb question, but where is your Y endstop located? I ran into an issue where it was putting the tool head too far behind the build plate. Found out I put the endstop in the wrong location.
