Please perform a routine repair of the game from the login page and reset all device settings one time through Settings > General management > Reset > Reset all settings. Restart your device and try again.
If the issue still persists, Please report it via the community support form with your numeric user identification, a proper summary and description, and a video recording that can illustrate the issue you have encountered....

This can happen when you lose your internet connection. How often do you encounter this issue and could you please mention the device you're using?
i didn't lose my internet connection, i switched to a new phone (S25 Ultra) and i couldn't even log in, i tried reinstalling the game but that didnt work
i dont think my internet is the issue here cuz it works on other phones that are connected to the same network

Please reset the network settings of your device through Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings. After that, restart your device and check again, @Ronin.

Since its new device. Grant game permissions to access few things. Most probably when launched you ignored some of requests
That didn't work, I tried using a vpn and now I am able to login but when I turn it off I can't download any thing, it says "unstable network, please try a different network or restart your game"

nothing happens, but im able to login in normally now
when i used the vpn
but i cant download anything in the game without a vpn
It looks like an issue from your ISP. Have you tried to contact them to resolve this issue?
