I can't provide the whole list. but Egypt one of them. However, this's the last season will be available worldwide. after this season end, it will be unavailable everywhere.

If you already have some of the Bonus Challenge Vouchers you can use them. if you don't have, you can buy some by UC but as i mentioned before, the Bonus Challenge event will be unavailable after end of the current season.
