GL Err with spontaneous crash after a while
This error, which fills the entire chat every time I join any already created world, doesn't seem so harmful. However after a while the entire game destroys itself with no visible logs, so I believe it's this one causing a crash but only now silenced because it was already logged. So this is a half-crash...

you should probably do a /binary search
Try a binary search and figure out which mod is causing it.
So disable half of the mods, see if issue is still there, if yes disable half again etc etc until you find the mod that's causing the issue.
I already know that DH is causing the issue, no need for that..
I mean maybe to check for incompatibilities but in any case I do wonder what the error means
Does it happen with only DH? A mod crashing doesn't always mean its that mods fault, it could be caused by another mod

After deleting the config, the error has stopped showing up.
