Why haven’t IGN like this released to grab by others?
I recall seeing an announcement stating that account IGN that haven’t played for 2 years will be released to public, so why hasn’t this IGN made public?

To check if you can claim a username, all you have to do is use a Rename Card. If the rename fails, the username is not available....

So, you mean that means to check if the above username (as in pic) is available or not I have to use rename card by myself first?
Also, that username(pic) is there so how will it be free ? Doesn't that name needs to be free first and player can use it ?

You mean that username will be with original player untill someone uses that name ? yeah with 2 years inactive accounts?
