old names in PUBG for accounts that Abandoned
A long time ago, an announcement was made that the old names in PUBG for accounts that remain locked for a certain period and do not log in will be changed to other default names to allow current users to use these names. Has this matter actually been implemented?

Thank You,
Yes, I understand, and I hope you can bear with me.
Now, I have a very old account. I don't remember anything about it, and I haven't logged in for four years.
For example, its name is asd. When I search for it, I find it asd.
If I change my current account name to asd, do you mean it will actually change?
If it does change, the username is available to be claimed. If the rename fails, the username is not available.
How do I submit a claim?
When I try to change my username, I get a message stating that the username has already been used, and that I haven't logged into this account since 2020.
According to the official announcement on your website, this applies to accounts that haven't logged in for three years or more, and this applies to my old account.
In this case, it is unfortunately not available to be claimed.
ok what cases i can claim it?
