Can't connect to the database (the database got iddled)
Hello everyone, over the weekend I stopped using the database (last time was Friday). Now, when I try to connect, I get a timeout.
My app can’t connect to the database, and I also can’t connect via the psql command — it times out as well.
I just logged into the Neon console, ran a query, and now my app status changed from “suspended” to “active,” but I’m still getting a timeout when trying to connect to the DB. I also don’t see that I’ve used up my available compute time.
I did run a lookup:
