Unjust Ban – My Account Was Banned Under Section 7 Despite Playing on a Clean System
Hello Riot Support Team,
I previously contacted you regarding what I believe to be an unjust ban under Section 7. Today, a new incident has further strengthened my concern that this may be due to a system-related error.
Currently, I’m staying at a gaming house. Here, I logged into a brand-new, completely clean account (which I’ve never used before) on my friend's computer, which is at Diamond rank. This account has never been used on my personal computer or any other device. Similarly, the PC I played on only has VALORANT installed — there is no third-party software, cheats, unusual game history, or suspicious applications present.
However, after playing approximately 10–12 matches and achieving MVP in most of them, this account was also banned under Section 7 — just like my main account.
I also recently won first place in the 5th-year VALORANT tournament held at the Ghost Esports Center in Ankara.
At this point, I truly have to ask:
Are we being banned just for playing well?
This situation leads me to believe that the system may be incorrectly flagging my gameplay or playstyle as suspicious. In response to this situation:
I’ve prepared short clips from the mentioned matches, clearly showing my account name, match dates, and in-game performance.
I’ve also recorded a 2-minute video explaining the environment I was in and the process I went through.
I have never used cheats, boosting services, third-party software, or committed any rule violations — on either my main account or this new one. All I’ve done is play seriously and do my best.
I kindly request a thorough manual review of this situation. It’s possible this is a false positive caused by the system, and it has negatively impacted both me and my friend’s clean account.
As someone who has invested both time and money into VALORANT for years and tried to contribute positively to the community, being removed from the game due to what appears to be a mistake is very disheartening. All I ask is for a fair investigation and, if I’m innocent, the reactivation of my accounts.

You’re assuming you’re getting banned because of your gameplay but that’s not how they moderate, I would say that gaming houses aren’t necessarily the safest place because you don’t know what someone before you might’ve downloaded or used on that computer
I also don’t think clips will advocate for you because people who do cheat can hide them in a video

If there’s something that isn’t humanly possible
Then that’s a ban
If there’s inputs being changed or done on your behalf

No, it wasn’t just 10 computers. Since it was an internet café tournament, there were hundreds of PCs. After finishing your match on one machine, you pack up your gear and move to the next computer you’ll be playing on

I was on a losing streak but then I won a match. During the game, someone got banned and we returned to the lobby. A player who joined pretended that someone else got banned, but actually, he was the one banned. He kept showing up everywhere. While I was looking for a new duo, I suddenly got banned in the lobby.

he could win one match but lose the next. We played a total of 13 duo matches, with 7 wins and 6 losses.

If you watch a normal ranked video, you'll see that most high elo players play like this

to also add @pearl you do not get a perma ban just for playing good and someone reports you for cheating, this only happens when cheats are detected on a computer, is there a chance that this was a false ban? yes but EXTREMELY slim (as in I cannot stress this enough, don't ask how I know but 90%+ of flags for cheats, actually are truly cheats detected on a computer) as even in the tiny application where its a "false" ban, I believe that it was cheats for other games.

The thing is, I don’t even know what I got banned for. The only thing I suspect is my duo partner — and as far as I know, if your duo is cheating, you usually get a 6-month ban. But my account got permanently banned.
My account was previously stolen, but I managed to recover it. I have tickets to prove this as well.
Could it be related to that incident?

alright, from what I can see from the video, as to the best of my knowledge (not saying your guilty of any of this, I'm just trying to give info), if you are q'ed with someone who was banned for cheating I think you get 6 months. I'm genuinely not sure what the perma ban is, as most of the time it only happens when vanguard detects active cheats.
I do wish you the best of luck figuring this out and encourage you to take out a ticket (not sure how much help it will be but its worth a shot)

yes I understand that, but on one hand he could be cheating, on the other hand, if you watch in slow motion he still has a tiny bit of micro corrections after he peaks. and those snaps could just be really good mouse control paired with pre aiming.
