Higher ping for the past 3 weeks

I’ve had constant 5 ping for the majority of the time and nowadays I’m jumping from 30 to 60 on some occasions. Is there a way to lower it back to its previous state? Perhaps contacting my ISP or whatever really

^ live in poland, my isp is play, i’m on ethernet having higher ping on warsaw servers

we are working on setting up a connection with Play directly at the moment, you need to report the issue to Play directly
