I play on steam deck
If i have fall guys installed, (which uses eac) can i play fortnite that also uses easy anti cheat even tho fall guys says it will run but fortnite says it wont.

Fortnite does not support operating systems other than Windows. This is a deliberate decision made by the game publishers, there's nothing we can do about it.
The only way you can play this game on these OSs is through cloud gaming (GeForce NOW / Amazon Luna / etc.)

Broadly, EAC has Linux support. It is up to individual devs to enable support for their games. Fall Guys has historically been yes. Fortnite is emphatically no
