Bot Mitigation on a Business Account in China?
Hello folks. If I'm using the bot mitigation features to help protect a domain under a business account, will the domain still be accessible to users in China?
We are not hosting on CloudFlare and the site currently runs and functions just fine for our Chinese clients. An interruption of services would be a big problem for us and we do not want to spend the $200 just to experiment, we need to know if enabling this feature will cause an outage.

You'd have to set up some exclusion rules to ensure decent accessibility.
Out of the box SBFM can incorrectly block a lot of Chinese users since the network is so dense and they tend to have their own browsers (or reskins of) built on fairly old stuff.
This is good advice. I believe we know who our users in China are, so it might be possible to whitelist their IP blocks.
Is that a thing that Business supports?
Huzzah, thank you for all of your help. We actually didn't have issue. The DNS did what it needed to and the bot mitigation worked without any problems.
