What's this type of top called and do you know some brands that make similar stuff? I'm a man so maybe not exactly the same cut but I really like the vibe here (color, piping, style of clothes)

I think "Bowling Shirt" will get you close to what you are looking for. Less commonly you might see "Pajama shirt". That exact rounded collar is less typical though.

try cabana shirt also. tombolo makes some. idk where this green one is from but natasha wears another shirt by tombolo in season 2. love this show btw
Not actually this kind of shirt but vibes wise (especially with the piping) an old school button through baseball jersey definitely lives in the same sort of place to me

I have seen Banana Republic make bowling-like shirts recently. I have one in almost the same color with cream piping. No pocket though :(
