my ping at the range are fine like arround 18-20ms, but in game is jumping 200+ms, how to fix pls

oh biznet, I had a chat with them its an ISP problem with capacity in Singapore, they are saying they will fix this in about 2 weeks, so you will have to wait until that is done or call them and raise a ticket with them.
Meanwhile you can try using VPN such as cloudflare warp
