The methods I’ve tried so far:
1-Repaired Valorant and Riot Client
2-Deleted everything related to Riot Games and NVIDIA graphics
3-Set the vgc service to Automatic
4-Deleted all cache folders
5-Allowed Riot/Valorant through the firewall
6-Disabled the firewall completely
7-Ran sfc /scannow
8-Used an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi
9-Used my phone's hotspot on my laptop
10-Disabled all startup apps ..not Vanguard
11-Disabled all Microsoft services
12-tesrsdt.sys and UniSafe.sys were not found during the search — maybe I already deleted them
13-Ran netsh winsock reset
14-Uninstalled Avast antivirus
15-Disabled fullscreen optimizations
16-Set Valorant to run as administrator
17-Closed background apps
I launch Valorant normally, and it works fine for a few rounds. Then I get an error message on the screen. I can still hear my teammates talking, but the screen displays the error.

but 150 download speed and 100 upload speed isnt ideal for valorant

i deleted val and diwnloaded it again
now im getting fucking 484 ping on my server and i have less ping for a server thats FUCXKING 5000 KILOMETERS AWAY
