Poor performance and strange RAM + GPU usage

Without DH i can run my modpack with complimentary shaders at around 80fps but with DH it drops to 40fps and sometimes stutters around 15fps. Looking at task manager my RAM is nearly maxed out and my GPU is around 50% usage. On F3 it shows my RAM usage rapidly climb from 50 to 100 then drops back to 50 over and over while my GPU does the same but way faster. Don't really know what to do as no changes to any performance settings improves this issue and its only caused by DH. Im on 1.20.1 and using forge, i tried changing the tags but discord wont let me.

How much RAM did you allocate to MC? What are your GC/JVM tuning flags? Try lowering CPU load preset

lowering cpu load helped a bit but i would still get some stutters, i allocated 8gb of ram and it eating all of it up and i dont know what a tuning flag is

Sounds like you're running stock configuration if you don't know what tuning flag is.

Zulu JAVA is JAVA Same as Oracle JAVA Or Adoptium JAVA They shouldn’t be any different Modrinth App by default uses Zulu I also use Zulu Try lowering your CPU load even more And

tuned the cpu load more and found that it was stable as long as i wasnt loading chunks and didnt have much running in the background, still lower fps but i guess that just naturally comes from loading more chunks even if they LODs i have absolutely no idea how to implement the flags so i might just leave them

On vanilla launcher you put them in the same place as RAM allocation On other launchers it is usually just below or just above RAM allocation
