Who determines which player or players violate voice chat rules?
I've been muted on voice chat for 7 days, when all I did was talk with my friends while others on the plane were making offensive comments. I just want to understand how it was that I was determined to be the offender?

Please reach out to the in-game customer service for assistance.
I already tried customer service, it was no help.
I didn't even get an answer here about the same problem :)
It seems like the go to response is contact customer service, where it's a dead end.
I just want to know what it was that I could have said, that got me muted for 7 days. I get it, and my friends are right, it's not a big. But I just don't like being blamed for something I didn't do. It's the injustice of it all.
I feel you. People who insult others & break violations all the time face no consequences, yet people like you along with my friends who haven't said or done anything wrong, get punishment.
I really hope they will unmute you or if they don't, just be patient for 7 days because there's unfortunately not much else you can do...
