Constant verbal abuse, insults, toxic people, children below age limit & ZERO actions taken - WHY ?
As the title says, I keep getting paired with players who insult me for no reason. Using extreme profanity, that gets even worse when they hear a woman’s voice, along with racist and political insults (my accent makes my region guessable). I report them, yet always receive the same response: "they haven't committed any violations" , even though they clearly have.
I started playing PUBG in 2019, took a break, and returned recently. The environment now is drastically worse. Are toxic players now the majority? I know cheating is a separate issue, but both reflect a lack of enforcement.
What can I do when friends can’t play, but I want to? Playing solo isn’t fun for me. I usually mute toxic players, but their words still hurt. Muting affects gameplay because I can’t hear important team info. Constantly checking chat while playing isn’t feasible. I could leave those matches but it will cost me merit points, yet toxic players face no consequences despite violating rules.
This raises another concern. Many players are clearly 7 to 12 years old, either heard through voice or stated. They are sometimes the worst offenders. Why are kids allowed here when the age limit is 16? If they were supervised, I doubt their parents would condone such behavior.
I’ve had teammates I helped despite their insults, such as healing or recalling them, but when I need help / get knocked out, they mock, dance around me, and let me die, while laughing. Then again, reports ALWAYS lead to "no violations."
I’m losing interest in playing. I stopped for 6 years for a reason. Many of my friends quit too. Maybe I should as well. I log in to play a game, yet I’m insulted in 7 out of 10 matches, with no action taken. Kids know more swear words than adults. How is this a fair gaming environment when I leave the game upset more often than not?
P.S. This is second time I'm asking, since the first time I got zero response.

@Quendi Thank you for taking your time to answer me, but it looks like as if you didn't see the parts where I said that I DO report those players, but they always face ZERO consequences, with the same answer always being "this player hasn't committed any violations" when they have, as I already said.
Redirecting me to yet another automated response source, I don't see this problem I stated as solved or labeled as answered. Yes, you technically did answer me, but you never once mentioned anything about kids playing this game, which I also said is a huge problem. I don't want to repeat what I said already, but this problem is far from being solved.
I hope that you will take into consideration every aspect I previously mentioned, and answer me without those automatic responses. Thank you in advance!
The issue with kids is not really an issue of the developer but the bad parenting, the game is labeled 12+. You can freely report them but it is very hard for devs and team to actually verify that. Lots of kids will just put they are more than 16+ and if they actually don’t even use voice (or if it’s bugged and the mic is not showing, you cant report them either) there is no evidence to prove they are actually minors
Well it's very sad to see that children know more swear words than people who are much older than them. I didn't know it was a whole another issue that nobody wants to do anything about. All of this looks like a dead end since kids & cheaters play this game freely while they ruin the fun for everyone else. Thanks for your reply!
Well tbf, reporting cheaters works just fine, I’m getting successful reports very often
I didn't want to say more about cheaters since it's a whole another issue and off topic from what I said here, because I was hoping I'd get an actual reply, not just those automatic types, but it looks like I'll never get it lol
So even when they ban cheaters, it's often for a certain amount of time. It's a lifelong ban for people who cheated once or someone reported them and they "have to" ban someone, I see from time to time people who get banned by mistake, but most of the time they don't get their accounts back. It almost looks like it's because they haven't spent thousands of euros on the game. It's like they don't mind hacks in game, as long as those people pay to play. It's sad what this game has turned into from what it used to be years ago...
