Tons of stringing out of nowhere

The picture below is retraction testing starting with 0 at the bottom to 5 at the top of the large. I have a direct drive and the gears seem to be fine. I did a temp tower and 200 seemed the best. No change in reaction speed or amount or temp seems to make it better. Im out of ideas. This also happens with both new and old filiment and started recently. Oh I also changed the nozzle to a new one with no change. Any ideas?

Double check nozzle size, and try drying the filament? I know you said you tried a new one but it still kinda looks like it could be caused by wet

Ender 3 print on a whim just tryed 180 for temp and that reduced it alot and the print seems amazing in comparison i still dont know why this started all of a sudden i dont remember slowing the printer down or increasing the temp but im going to try printing much faster on old temps and see what happens
