VAN 185 Error on My Device
a month ago i got spammed by this error, i couldnt play a full game bc of it, always disconnecting in middle of games, so i decided to fix it, i had memory problems, card graphic problems, intel uhd and 8gb ram, idk if thats good. anyway, i followed a youtube tutorial to solve all of these problem but the van 185 was still, i still remember there was something about running a service called vgc which is a service that should be already running, im pretty sure since my pc is bad, it automaticly close the service and for that i got dc like every single game, i still remember playing a comp that night 04/05/2025, playing on lotus, i got dc every 4 rounds, made my team losing the game, it was 5-11, so i decided to not comeback to the game since the error was annoying. after 4 hours of sleep i woke up in the morning, my friend asked to play on my acc a little, she insta sent me that my acc is banned, i was like it could be a glitch or smt, i woke up and checked and i was banned perma for third party software which ongod i have no idea how it even work, well i was sleepy so i opened a ticket and went back to sleep. in that day i had a tournament and i was in need to play so i asked my friend for an acc, and then i saw that 152 error which a hardware ban, i was suprised for what happen and would like to solve that problem, i tried valorant supports it doesnt work like i tried 7 tickets or smt, always same response. so i still dont know what to do till now, i spent ton of money on the acc and how could i even risk it all. is there a solution for that or its gone forever ?
