Invoice Payment Issue

I am trying to finish set up for this domain by choosing the free plan, but it is not letting me select that due to some outstanding invoice. I have checked the billing info multiple times, but I can't see the remaining bills anywhere.
Also, I cannot see anything on my ticket because the link to My Activities always gets redirected to the support center somehow, so I can't contact the support either.

Please help. This is urgent.
