Access to other family member's storage

Hey, I have ente, it's so great, I encouraged my wife to move from google. I have plenty of storage in my account, so I shared it with her. Now, the problem is that she forgot her login and key. So, basically I have 100 GB, 40 GB of my photos, 30 GB of hers, and less than 25 GB free. Can I somehow access those 30 GBs or at least delete to free up storage in my account? I prefer access but also realise losing your key is not great.

If your wife forgot her login and encryption key for her Ente Photos account, you cannot directly access or delete her photos because Ente uses end-to-end encryption where only the account owner has the decryption keys. To recover access, she would need to use her recovery key or passkey. If both are lost, the only option is to contact Ente support at support@ente.io for help with account recovery. Without access to her account credentials or recovery keys, you cannot access or delete her photos to free up shared storage. For more details on recovery options, you can refer to https://help.ente.io/photos/features/passkeys#recovery and https://help.ente.io/photos/faq/security-and-privacy#what-happens-if-i-forget-my-password-account-recovery.

Oh also if you can't recover her account, you could remove her from your family plan. You'll get your storage back and can share it with her new account
