HELP PLEASE
From 2 months i have experiencing this crashing problem, when i start playing game crashes like after every 5-10 mins and make serval changes to system too like delete chromes data, mouse stops working. I tried everything reinstalling windows, reinstalling valorant, i raised a ticket too they told me several things there i have tried everything but game keep crashing.

What solutions did support make you try
like everything (reinstalling, safe boot, IPv4, windows reinstall, GPU update, firewall network enabling, defeender exception list for all valorant apps and much more )
i have been facing this from last 2 months and they are trying to resolve it from 1 month.
i did sfc scannow, window image, chkdsk fix, no croupted file, no malware (did full deep scan multiple times)

Did you check the event viewer for the logs
Event viewer > windows logs > applications
First run the game, let it crash and then check
yeah i checked there too
i do have attentions only for distributedCOM no error there even after crashing
Have you tried clean boot?
Not sure if it would fix it
But you can try
Press windows key
Search “msconfig”
And open “System Configuration”
Head to “Services” tab
Check “Hide all Microsoft services”
And then “Disable all”
And find “vgc” and enable that only
Open “Task Manager”
Then head to “Startup Apps”
And disable all
And enable all riot related
Then restart your pc
Ngl sometimes whjen stuff doesnt fix if needed and nothing works just factory reset

after closing riot client opens and shows this

Disable anti virus
Are you using emisoft?
Because for me emisoft doesn't let me launch valorant but after disabling it works fine atleast for me
