Open a ticket with support over a week ago, we upgraded to pro, and still on free
#workers-help We upgraded from free to Pro over a week ago, I opened a ticket with billing support a week ago and have yet to hear from anyone
Case # is 01559799 Invoice number is IN-40195707. I was really excided to be working on the pro version, because our client needs the security for compliance but this has got me really frustrated that its been a week and I have not heard back from anyone at Cloudflare. We are an IT Firm and then plan was to put all of our clients on Cloudflare, but we can't place another client through this.
